How to request data deletion

You can request deletion of data associated with your use of the application. To do this, send us an email with:

• Approximate time of using the application (dates)
• Description of actions during which data may have been collected (if you remember)
• Your device (optional)

What data is deleted

Upon receiving your request, we delete:

• Crash logs — technical error reports sent to Sentry
• Diagnostic data — performance metrics and loading times

Local data on your device (cached articles, settings) can only be deleted by you through device settings or by uninstalling the application.

Deletion timeframe

We process requests within 30 days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Note: Crash reports are automatically deleted from Sentry after 90 days in any case.
